Forehead Reduction Surgery: Key Insights
Forehead reduction aims to correct facial proportions by reducing the distance between the hairline and the eyebrows.
The operation, performed under general anesthesia, usually lasts about two hours. Surgeons remove up to 4 cm of hairless skin below the hairline, following a zigzag (pretrichial) incision that helps camouflage the scar.
